The Christmas holidays are always a bit heavy for the organism. Most of us gain weight, and it’s normal. But we need to get in shape quickly! Here are my favorite healthy restaurants!

Highlights include the spicy pork belly and Pepe Nocchi with spicy tomato sauce, as well as chicken and pork chops with garlic sauce.

Fiji Springbone is a paleo-inspired eatery in the heart of New York City, just blocks from Union Square. It is housed in a renovated limousine from the 1930s and is open for outdoor dining from Wednesday to Sunday. Come to get nourishing food for your body, but stay inside to avoid sweating.
The restaurant’s bathhouse cuisine is connected to the spa and offers some of the best food you can eat in a bathrobe. Seriously, bathers get plush bathrobes for their choice of dinner, and they’re not the only ones.
Highlights include a buffet breakfast with cereals, breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. It is completely free of grains and refined sugar, so it is a step in the right direction for the healthiest eating habits.
Eating healthy doesn’t mean that you can eat tasty, and these restaurants prove it! However, you must exercise, too!
